Hi. My internet service provider went down the night before, it jacked up my day and I was ashamed it did. I become extremely absorbed in finding work arounds because I was desperate to download a game on my Switch. It’s pretty ridiculous because I haven’t touched the poor thing in months. At some point in the late afternoon it started working again, and I was able to make my purchase. But before I get into all of that… I want to introduce a cool, RPG-esque item.
I thrifted this bottle from the local Goodwill while trying to find a table with Stoltz. This was when I still had machinations of finding a long surface for my thesis. Then, I noticed a menagerie of drinking bottles and remembered the only one I had was no longer useable (cap shrunk). I grabbed this bottle noticing it was glass, and it had a sleeve on it. I removed the sleeve and saw this crystal inside of it, whoa! I can’t recall exactly, but this bottle was either $2.99 or $3.99 and seemed to barely be used. I’m still surprised as to why it was there since I think it’s pretty dope? I looked up potential product listings for this and they run for $80 potentially. Spooky.
After finding that out I also looked up why someone would buy something like this brand new. For one, it’s very pretty. Two, it’s good quality with thick glass, a strong metal cap, and a detachable bottom to really get it clean. As for the retail reasons… it’s supposed to infuse the user with good vibes and energy, as one would expect in regards to anything involving a crystal. While I can’t say I fully buy into some of these things… I like the thought of that. I’ve been devoid of good vibes for the majority of two years. It is recommended you meditate with the bottle and infuse it with your intentions. So, although I’m too unkempt to properly meditate and I’m not exactly one that participates in prayer, I’ve been doing something like that any time I remember to drink water.
Here is the intention I had today:
May I have a productive day and a restful night. Let the pain of yesterday be left in the past and let me allow my mind to be clear and lucid.
Looking at it cheers me up and anything that gets me to drink more water seems like a positive inclusion in my life.

My first time slapping a sticker on something. I thrifted this Zojirushi thermos for $2.99/$3.99 too! I scratched it today, hence the sticker over the injury :(
